Hi and welcome to some feedback from some of my clients. The testimonial from Copperfields Event Chateau on the Home page is one of the biggest compliments to a DJ. Here's why.

Most people have seen a few DJs in action at events. Worthy Cummings of Copperfields has seen around 25 DJ services in action. He is always out walking around during the events and always visits with the Brides & Grooms or Party Guests (depending on what kind of Event it is).

He talks to them at the end of the Evening to see if they were pleased with the way the event went and get feedback. He has also seen me DJ around 40 Events at Copperfields, a lot of weddings/and or receptions and several holiday parties.

He is present during the event to keep an eye on things. I have many places I've repeatedly done events, but the Management is usually not as aware of the DJ's performance. So when Worthy says I'm in the top 5% he is a very qualified critic compared to the average person and has given me a very high compliment that I appreciate and will continually try to live up to.

I told a friend of mine that I was going to have a "Surprise Sweet 16" birthday party for my daughter and wanted to hire a DJ.  She immediately told me about you, the DJ they used at their company party.  She was very happy with your performance and felt good recommending you to me. When I called, you were so accommodating. You were truly interested in making  my daughter's party a success.  You worked with me to build a list of music that SHE would like and then took requests though out the evening.  The sound system you brought was incredible along with the light show that kept beat with the music and a fog machine, all big hits with the party goers.  You worked well to get kids into the party with group games, line dances, lip syncing and even got the adults involved with singing karaoke!!  Farrell, even the detail of checking with me on what would be the appropriate attire for you to wear to the event, not making any assumptions on that issue was very professional.
The DJ really makes a party succeed or die early!  You did a fantastic job at our party and I would not hesitate to use you again or to recommend you to my friends and family.

A note From Farrell:

  • I've DJ'd at national level dance events and have currently done crowds as large as 1000 people.
  • I've never forgotten a date or ever been late. I like to get to the event early, set up the equipment and have time to focus on the evening's agenda.
  • I've DJ'd at the Stampede in Aurora 98% of the Thursday's for West Coast Swing night for over 7 years now. You'll find me on the dance floor part of the time that night, because I loved to dance. I recently got 5th in the intermediate category in the Colorado State Championships. 
  • I always carry back up equipment with me to every event. I have invested over $3000.00 in backup equipment, just so if something goes wrong at your event I can be back up and running in less than 10 minutes. You don't have to worry about the event ending in the middle because of an equipment disaster.
  • I've only had a problem once in the last 5 years but 300 people were attending. They gave away a couple of prizes and I was up and running again in about 6 minutes and the audience never realized anything happened.

It's my job to make sure everything goes smooth so you can Relax and enjoy the Event!
